Why do you call them 'Feel Good Flannels'?
By uniquely upcycling pre-loved flannels, we are helping to reduce the unwanted textile waste being sent to landfills and developing countries each year. It also helps to reduce the need for production. All of this leads to a reduction in air pollution, water pollution, greenhouse gas emissions, and conservation of global resources as a whole! And that makes us feel really good!
How do you size the shirts?
We try to size our shirts following a unisex size chart, we measure each shoulder to shoulder (along the shoulder seam) while buttoned. **If you have any questions regarding sizing of a specific shirt, please contact us via email or on Instagram we are happy to provide specific measurements or answer any questions!**
Approximate measurements:
XXS: 15 in
XS: 16 - 17 in
S: 17.5-18 in
M: 19 in
L: 20 in
XL: 21 in
XXL: 22 in
XXXL: 23 in
Where are your shirts made?
While we don't always know the origin of each shirt since they are pre-loved and vintage, we do source them ourselves locally (in Rhode Island and surrounding areas) to ensure the best quality! Each shirt is thoughtfully designed and upcycled by us, right in Rhody! Our shirt labels and hang tags are made by other small businesses in the USA!
How do you package and ship sustainably?
We use minimal packaging with each order. While all orders are packed with love, we try and keep the frills (and potential waste) to a minimum.
For individual orders, items are shipped in biodegradable mailers.
After working in the retail industry and seeing how much pastic waste goes into wholesale orders, we decided to use a biodegradable sheeting to wrap + protect all shirts together instead of using individual plastic sleeves for each shirt. We also use cardboard boxes made in the USA which can be reused or recycled.
What is your return policy?
Because we are a small business, we do not accept returns, however we do understand the difficulties that can come with shopping online when it comes to sizing (we encourage you to contact us with any questions before ordering!) so we will accept exchanges for another shirt or store credit. The shirt must be returned to us in the exact same condition, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once we recieve the item, we will send out your new item or confirm your store credit. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business!
Do you take custom requests?
Yes! We say custom request orders because if you want a specific size, style, or color it may take us a while to find. We take individual requests as well as larger orders for bridal parties, bachelor(rette) parties, and more! (we can even add custom vinyl personalization on request!) Plesae visit the 'Contact Us' section and give us more details on what you would like! *Please note, these requests can take weeks to fill due to availability of vintage/pre-loved shirts, please get requests in early!*
